We are thrilled to announce the referral of our son, Dinkeneh Timesgen!!! He is a little bitty guy, weighing in at 5 lbs. 6 oz., and is only four weeks old!
We received "the call" at 5:00 pm EST. Chris managed to get off early from work, and we were preparing to go to the Notre Dame Men's Basketball game. Suddenly, a strange noise reminiscent of a dying cat rent the air. I scrambled around looking for dying cats, when suddenly Chris yelled, "It's your phone!" All hell broke loose as we realized it was my phone playing the "Children's Home" ringtone.
I really just cannot believe it.

We are so so so excited, but also trying to deal with the sadness that comes with knowing that in order for us to receive this beautiful blessing, someone else has had to lose the chance of raising this lovely little boy. Please keep our child's birth family, all involved persons, and ourselves in your thoughts and prayers.
