Wow. That's a whole lotta cute.
the videos of the kiddies always make me smile!
WOW! S has to be older than Sam, right? He's 18 mos and WILL NOT sit still for a story. We read all the time, but he's over in the corner or walking around or playing with a toy while we're reading TO him.
She just turned 16 months. But remember, she has an older brother who is constantly asking to read, and she copies whatever he does :). Until about two months ago, we were doing the same thing: following her around while reading her board books. It'll happen!
Atticus watched and declared that he'd like to go to Dinkenah and Sisaye's house to play books with them.Side note, Norah found a little girl in a pink coat at the park who looked a little like S the other day and would not leave her alone. "Look Mama! It's Sisaye!"
LOVE this video. Mostly for Chris's incredible inflections. I think I might set up the video, so my kids can be read to by him. In fact, if you could have him record a daily storytelling, that would work out very well for us!! :-) Sisaye has certainly caught on to reading aloud.
We loved the video. Zoe watched it 2x and is now running around saying YO! and HEY! with her hands in the air.
I am soooo jealous!! I wanna read her a book now!! Chris, you are an amazing book reader! I think you might actually be better than Christina!!! J/K! Don't let her grow up too fast, I don't wanna miss too much :(Love you guys!!Aunt Kate
