That title just about sums it up. Everyone was exhausted, and the kidlettes' behavior was awful. Truly awful. At one point, Sisaye almost fell in the fire at the traditional coffee ceremony, upended the bowl of popcorn, and then knocked an entire cup of hot coffee on me during the middle of a spectacular temper tantrum. The whole time, the other adopting families in the room were shooting judgmental glances our way, all except the one couple who were adopting child number five, not child number one. They were so nice to us, thankfully; otherwise I may have burst into tears. We took three pictures the entire day. It was not a day we wanted to remember, and we were so relieved to finally get to the end of it.
